All participants, vendors and volunteers are required to sign the Waiver at check-in

What to Bring
• Sandals or slippers
• A water bottle that’s not glass
• Swim suit or sauna wear
• At least 2 towels
• A bathrobe, cozy shawl, warm blankie
• Valid ID for check-in + liability waiver
• Folding chairs - optional
• Snacks from home - optional
Things to Know
• Check the Festival Map and Festival Schedule before you arrive.
• Your Festival Wristband is required for entering the heated event tents and the saunas.
• Open cubby storage for your stuff is unattended and will be limited capacity. Use at your own risk. Visit SaunaGlo for secure lockers, first-come, first-served.
• The event site offers 6 single-user restrooms / changing rooms with heat, lights & running water. Please be swift.
Consider coming with your swim suit on underneath.
• The outdoor showers are cold water only. Warm showers are available at SaunaGlo.
• The event site is a public city park and vehicles cannot park or idle on-site: It’s a DROP-OFF only and loading zone.
• The event parking lot is 4 blocks from Milwaukie Bay Park and is first-come first-served.

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXCLUSION FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND
• This is a family-friendly event for all shapes and sizes.
• This is a space that does not tolerate macho posturing, misogyny, homophobia, sexism, or any other form of bigotry, prejudice or hate.
• We believe Black and trans lives matter.
• We are a safe place for the queer community.
• All bodies are good bodies.
• No nudity, weapons, outside alcohol, pets, smoking/vaping, profanity, threatening conduct, or sexual behavior, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs or obscenity.
Inside the Saunas:
• Leave all personal property outside
• Take off your shoes and rinse feet before entering
• Always sit on a towel while in the sauna
• Make room for others: don't hog bench space
• Use extreme caution when gently pouring water on the rocks
• All conversations must be calm and polite
Outside the Saunas:
• Drink lots of water while using the sauna (please, no glass bottles)
• Always rinse off before using the cold plunge
• Comply with requests from festival staff and volunteers
Promptly report any concerning behavior to festival staff or volunteers.
